Includs riser pipes ready for Installation. During backwash, with a Turbulator, resin granules are propelled from the bottom of the resin tank to the top. This allows a complete turn over of the resin bed and a complete contact with the brine solution. Small particles of dirt and iron are freed from the bed and flow to the drain.

***YOU MUST CHOOSE BETWEEN 13/16 AND 1.05. MOST NEW CONTROL VALVES AND WATER SOFTENERS TAKE THE 1.05. OLDER UNITS ARE 13/16. IN ADDITION, WE HAVE TO KNOW THE HEIGHT OF YOUR TANK. YOU CAN CUT THE RISER TUBE TO MAKE IT FIT IF YOU ORDER ONE THAT IS TOO LONG***
